Our Vitamin B-12 was developed for maximum absorption and goes directly into your bloodstream through the lining of the mouth. Sweetened with lactose and has a natural cherry flavoring. Promotes energy, stamina and improved mood. As we age it helps maintain a healthy brain and heart.

Take one tablet daily. Chew and allow tablet to dissolve in mouth.

R-Garden sub-lingual B-12 is Excellent!

We absolutely love and heartily recommend R-Garden Sub-lingual vitamin-12. The taste and quick dissolvability are tops. We had used a number of other "name" brands that were more expensive that took forever to finally dissolve, but no more. We can honestly say we have noticeably more energy. We will be reordering this B-12 again and again.
