"Our Choice" is shipped according to the best rate as determined by our shipping department. We use USPS and UPS only.
We usually choose USPS Priority Mail unless it is over 10 pounds. However we do not guarantee if you select "Our Choice" that it will be shipped by Priority Mail. If you select the "Our Choice" shipping method but prefer to have your order shipped by UPS Ground then please specify that in your order comments. To guarantee a faster shipping method you may select one of the options below.

The rate charged for these faster shipping options is based on the weight of your order and your location. You can calculate the shipping price based on your zip code on the "View Cart" page.
Orders are usually shipped the day you place your order or the following business day.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and also email you a shipping confirmation.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
International Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
All international orders are shipped by USPS. The rate charged is based on the weight of your order and your location.
First Class International is the most economical way to ship internationally but is only available up to 4 pounds. The shipping times vary by destination. For Canada it may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
Priority Mail International is an estimated 6-10 business day delivery.*
Priority Mail Express International is an estimated 3-5 business day delivery.*
Taxes and customs fees may be charged by your post office upon delivery.

Canada
To prevent your shipment from being seized or held by
Customs, your order should not contain more than a 90-day supply of each
